Application Process

• Application Form
  Application for enrolment at St. Joseph's Victoria.
• Before & After School Care Registration
  Registration form for St. Joseph's School Out of School Care Programs
• Criminal Record Check
  We encourage all of our parents/guardians to complete a Criminal Record Check so they will be free to volunteer at any time. Please take this letter to your local police department or RCMP detachment. The process is free.
• Emergency Identification Tag
  If the school is in the midst of an emergency situation, only those individuals approved by the student's parents/guardians, as indicated on the Emergency Identification Tag, will be permitted to take the student from the school premises.
• Financial Assistance Form
  Following Christian values and teachings, we try to assist those who cannot afford to pay the regular school fees. Applications for financial assistance should be submitted by February 11th for the following school year.
• Parish Supporter Form
  Those families who wish to receive the reduced tuition at an Island Catholic School for the next academic year are asked to read the policy and then respond using this form.
• Preschool Registration Form
  This is the registration form for our 3 & 4 year old Preschool Program.
• School Supplies 2011/2012
  For your child's classroom supplies please refer to this document.
• Student Internet Use Agreement
  Please review the Acceptable Use Policy of CISDV with respect to Internet Access and then date and sign the form.

  St. Joseph's School is please to offer child care programs to families it serves and families in the community. St. Joseph's offers a 3 year old preschool program, a 4 year old preschool program, KinderCare, as well as Before and After School Care.
